Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded or minced chicken
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or plain yogurt (optional, for moisture)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or cilantro
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 minced garlic cloves)
- ½ teaspoon paprika or chili powder (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the mixture
- In a bowl, combine chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, herbs, seasonings, and mayonnaise/yogurt.
