Homemade Collagen-Support Drink
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water, milk, or fortified plant milk
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Directions
