They call it a blessing from God: it eliminates high blood pressure, diabetes, blood fat, and insomnia.

That kind of claim is almost always exaggeration or wellness marketing, not a real medical fact.

No single food, drink, or “remedy” can reliably eliminate high blood pressure, diabetes, high blood fats, and insomnia all at once. Those are chronic conditions influenced by genetics, diet, activity, sleep, stress, and sometimes medication.

What is true is that certain habits and foods can help improve all of these conditions at the same time, for example:

  • A diet rich in vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts, and fruits (similar to the Mediterranean diet pattern) can lower blood pressure, improve blood sugar control, and reduce cholesterol over time.
  • Regular physical activity improves insulin sensitivity and heart health.
  • Cutting back on sugar, refined carbs, and trans fats helps both diabetes and blood lipids.
  • Better sleep routines (consistent timing, reduced caffeine late in the day) help insomnia and indirectly improve metabolic health.

But “eliminates” is the red flag word here. Even effective medical treatments for conditions like Type 2 Diabetes or hypertension don’t work as a one-time cure—they manage and control them over time.

If you want, you can share what specific thing this claim was referring to (a herb, drink, or recipe), and I’ll break down what science actually says about it.
